Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure a transparent and satisfactory vehicle import process for every customer. However, due to the nature of international vehicle trade, returns are limited under specific conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • A return request must be made within 24 hours of purchase confirmation (before auction or dealer purchase).

  • Vehicles cannot be returned once purchased from the Japanese auction or supplier.

  • No returns will be accepted once the car is shipped.

2. Refund Terms

  • Before vehicle purchase: Full refund minus any bank or transaction charges.

  • After purchase but before shipment: Refund possible with a 10% deduction from the car price.

  • After shipment: No refund or return allowed.

3. Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

  • Reconditioned cars with normal wear and tear.

  • Change of mind after the vehicle is already purchased or shipped.

  • Delay in port clearance not caused by our company.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the case of any dispute, we will make efforts to resolve the issue peacefully and professionally. Legal resolution, if required, will follow the laws of Bangladesh.
